Made for All, Built on Real Ingredients

Our story begins with a simple idea: serve real Japanese dishes that bring people together, no matter what they eat.

Bold Beginnings on Newbury Street

Bold Beginnings on Newbury Street

I started my journey in Tokyo, training in traditional Japanese cuisine for seven years. At 23, I opened my first ramen shop, hoping to share the rich flavors and caring hospitality I learned from my mentors. When I moved to Boston in 2019, I wanted to bring those lessons here. Every bowl is made fresh daily with care, so everyone can enjoy real Japanese broth and noodles in a cozy space. We offer vegan and gluten-free bowls too and a safe atmosphere.

A Table for Every Taste

A Table for Every Taste
We wanted a place where vegans, flexitarians, and meat eaters could all feel welcome. I joined forces with Chef Kei, who has created plant-based ramen for over 15 years in Japan. Our bowls honor classic recipes with fresh twists. In our space, you’ll find free parking, a friendly vibe, and meals made from fresh ingredients. Each meal is crafted to surprise and satisfy, blending bold broth with nutritious toppings. Outdoor seating makes it easy to relax with friends.

After Boston, our next stop was Studio City in 2023 and Los Angeles in 2025. I remember the thrill of opening each new location—finding neighborhoods and meeting locals. Our goal has always been simple: create authentic Japanese ramen that brings people together. Whether you’re a tourist or a neighbor, you’ll find friendly service, outdoor seating, and a chance to taste the passion behind every spoonful. Gluten-free and vegetarian bowls are always available.
